1st-time Home Buyers: nothing do I take more pleasure in than working with new buyers. It affords me a chance to teach and educate about the process, which is very fulfilling in and of itself! Sure it could be stressful and sometimes confusing, but I take great pride in my work, and when you work with me, I take care of your interests as if you are family...and there's no better feeling than working with someone who buys their first home! The joy and sense of accomplishment is contagious!

Lake Homes: having lived on or near the water most of my adult life, I've got first-hand knowledge of the unique issues that accompany lakefront/waterfront properties, and apply that to my clients who buy or sell them!

Negotiating: no, I don't have some sort of negotiation certification from a 3rd-party. But I do have years of managerial experience in the advertising world, and have negotiated literally countless deals from small businesses through large publications. Getting you the most for your money at the best price as a buyer is my #1 priority! And when I represent you as a listing agent, I will help you get the most that you can for the home you are selling!

Volunteer work for Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs and The Last Resort Animal Rescue.

A lifelong resident of Northern New a Bergen County resident for 26 years and a Passaic County resident for the past 15 years.
